Search Ledger Entries option can be used to search specific ledger entries. To do it, you are provided with several search options (Kindly refer to the screenshot given in Ledger section to view these search options):

Voucher Type - You can view the ledger
entries bearing the same voucher type. To do it, enter the particular voucher type in Voucher Type text box and click on 'Search'
button. Note! The acronyms are explained in Legend section displayed
at the bottom of the page.

Cheque No - You can search the ledger
entry containing a specific cheque number. To do it, enter the cheque number in
Cheque No text box and click on 'Search' button.

Voucher No - You can search the ledger
entry on the basis of voucher number. For this, enter the voucher number in
Voucher No text box and click on 'Search' button.

Particular /Details - You can search the
ledger entries that contain specific particulars/details. To do it, enter
the Particulars or Details in Particulars /Details text box and click
on 'Search' button.

Between Two Dates - You can view your ledger entries between two
given dates. To do it, enter the Start date after which you wish to view
ledger entries in From Date text box. Similarly, enter the end date
until which you wish to view ledge entries in To Date text box.
After entering the required details, click on
'Search' button to view related ledger entries.
Search Ledger Results
On clicking 'Submit' button, the system displays you the related ledger entries along with some useful details. These details include:

Trans No - It displays the transaction
number. Transaction Number is automatically generated by Indiabulls system and is unique for every transaction. You can use Transaction number while discussing your concerns/queries related to the particular ledger entry.
- Voucher Date - It displays the date when the voucher was placed.
- Voucher Type - It displays the voucher type.
- Voucher Number - It displays the voucher number.
- Cheque No - It displays the cheque number against which the corresponding transaction was made.
- Particulars - It displays the remarks entered against the corresponding transaction.
- Debit - It displays the debit amount, if any against the corresponding ledger entry.
- Credit - It displays the credit amount, if any against the corresponding ledger entry.
- Back - 'Back' button is given at the bottom of Ledger Table. You can click this button to go back to the previous page.
