Password Guidelines

To protect your online privacy, we have formulated some Password Guidelines. Kindly read them carefully before updating your Login and Transaction Passwords:

Client ID and Password should not be same.
The New Password should not be same as the Current Password.
Password must be of at least 8 characters and a maximum of 12 characters.
Password should not be all alphabets or all numbers. It should contain a mix of alphabets (a-z /A-Z), numbers (0-9) and at least one special character (except '<' and '>').
Password should not contain White Spaces.
Please do not keep your password written at any place, always keep it committed to memory.
Password will automatically expire after 90 calendar days.
Transaction password should not be same as the Login password
