IPO Application Details


IPO Application Details section displays comprehensive information about the IPO application that you have submitted through Indiabulls trading terminal.

IPO Application Details are segregated into three distinct sub-sections:

Issue Details
Issue Details section displays information about the IPO in which you have applied. The details include:
  • Issue Name - This field displays the issue name.

  • Category - This field displays the category under which the IPO application was submitted. It could either be Retail Investor or Non-Institutional Bidder.

  • Price Band (Rs) - This field displays the price band for the given IPO.

  • Qty Multiple - This field displays the quantity multiples for the given IPO.

  • Start Date - It displays the date when the given IPO was opened for subscription.

  • End Date - It displays the date when the given IPO is going to /was closed for subscription.
Bid Details
Bid Details section displays details about the bids that are placed by you for the given IPO. The details include:
  • Bid Option - This field displays the Bid Number.

  • Quantity - This field displays the quantity placed by you in the corresponding bid.

  • Price - This field displays the price at which the corresponding bid was placed. If the bid is placed at 'Cut-Off' price, the system displays 'cut-off' price in this field.

  • Value - This field displays the total value of the corresponding bid.

  • Application Amount - This field displays the application amount.

  • DP Name - This field displays the name of the DP name mentioned by you while applying in the given IPO.

  • DP Account - It displays the DP Account number.
Applicant Details
Applicant Details section displays applicant details. These details are displayed from the DP Account selected by you:
  • Applicants - This field displays the applicant's nature i.e., whether he/she is First Applicant, Second Applicant or Third Applicant.

  • Name - This field displays the name of the applicant.

  • PAN - This field displays the Permanent Account Number of the corresponding applicant.

  • IPO Application No - This field displays the application number generated when you applied in the given IPO.

  • Application Date and Time - This field displays the application Date & Time.
