Forgot Transaction Password | |
This option enables you to generate a new transaction password in case you have forgotten your existing transaction password. Using this option, You will receive a unique key which can be used to reset the transaction password through the "Reset Transaction Password" option. | |
Notes: 1: The Unique Key will be expired under two cases: i. The Unique Key is once used to reset the transaction password. ii. The Unique Key has crossed the time limit of 24 hours from the time of its generation. 2: The Unique Key will be sent only at the authenticated Email Address and/or Mobile number. i. If you have an online trading account in both Equity and Commodity segment, then Unique key will be sent to your E-mail Address and/or Mobile Number mapped to your Equity segment in Client Profile section. ii. If you have an online trading account in Commodity segment, then Unique key will be sent to your E-mail Address and/or Mobile Number mapped to your Commodity segment in Client Profile section. 3: New clients can call customer care at 022-61446300, to authenticate their email id and start using the trouble logging in feature from next day. |
